NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022 CA 02660 AX of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SUGAR CREEK COUNTRY CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ARLENE JOYCE WEBSTER; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ARNOLD A. KELM,; KAREN FISHER; DIANE MARIE SHAFFER; DAVID ALLAN WEBSTER; SHARON KAY WEBSTER AKA SHARON KAY SMITH; BRIAN JAY WEBSTER; DAVID EDWARD KELM; THERESA MARIE SCHULER; JAMES WILHELM KELM; RACHEL CARMEN KELM AKA RACHEL CISNEROS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso as Clerk of said Court, Manatee County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 29th day of August, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 1079 of Sugar Creek Country Club Travel Trailer Park, a cooperative located upon lands described in Exhibit A and according to Exhibit B (plot plan survey and graphic description of improvements) of the Articles of Incorporation of Sugar Creek Country club Travel Trailer Park Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation, as shown in Official Records Book 1065, Page 1399, as amended in Official Records book 1170, page 2050, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
