NEWLAND AS TRUSTOR and/or TRUSTEE OF THE NEWLAND FAMILY TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 3, 2004; and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEESOR OTHERS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST NEWLAND FAMILY TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 3, 2004;
The property herein described is as follows:
Unit 29, THE HAMMOCKS, a Condominium, Section IV, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1711, page 1805, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 23, Pages 8 - 8G, and amendments thereto, Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida. Subject to easements, covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations of record, if any, applicable zoning regulations and ordinances, and all taxes for the current and subsequent years, (hereinafter referred to as “the Property”).
With a street address of 7405 Oak Moss Drive, Unit 29, Sarasota, FL 34241.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, THE HAMMOCKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, SECTION IV, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER SARASOTA EDITION.
