NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 2023-CC-001317-SC, in the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JAPANESE GARDENS HOMEOWNERS CORPORATION, INC. is Plaintiff and THELMA GLENN THOMAN and the unknown spouse, heirs, beneficiaries, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other parties claiming by, through, under or against THELMA GLENN THOMAN, deceased, are the Defendants. Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on September 11, 2023, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 111, JAPANESE GARDENS MOBILE HOME PARK, a Cooperative situate on the property described in Exhibit “A” and located as shown on Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1544, Pages 1427 through 1454, and the Amended Master Form Proprietary Lease as recorded at Instrument No. 2019033014, all of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida

1969 Performance Trailers single wide mobile home, VIN #69020201
- and -
All personal property located on or in the Unit.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
