NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 22-CA-003124 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Anne M. Krall; Joseph R. Krall; Sunset Pointe Homeowners' Association, Inc. a/k/a The Sunset Pointe Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 4th day of October, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, SUNSET POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2016000018180 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
