NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on or about May 25, 2023 in Civil Case No. 21-CA-009856, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida and any Amended Final Summary Judgment entered thereafter, wherein UV PAINTING OF TAMPA, INC. d/b/a UV PAINTING AND REMODELING is the Plaintiff, and WORTHSHIRE GROUP, LLC and YODELKIS BARBOSA are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest bidder at a public sale on August 25, 2023 at 10:00:00 AM EST through an online sale at https://hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Partition, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 18, BONITA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
