THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT C, BUILDING 3312, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF WEST SHORE VILLAGE FIVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 23 THROUGH 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED AUGUST 27, 1980, IN O.R. BOOK 5066, PAGES 966 THROUGH 1048 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

PETERSBURG, FL 33711 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Ryan Sutton of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before , (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
