NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2023, and entered in 2020-CA-10319 of the County Court of the NINNTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Association Funding, LLC is the Plaintiff and John J. Buono and Joan. C. Buono, are the Defendants. Association Funding, LLC, or its authorized representative, will sell to the highest and best bidder at a public sale the following described residential real property located in Orange County, Florida:
Lot 66, of Reserve at Lake Butler Sound, Unit 2, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 127, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 11021 Hawkshead Court, Windermere, Florida 34786 (“Property”).
The sale shall occur on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at 10:00 AM, or soon thereafter, at the property, i.e., 11021 Hawkshead Court, Windermere, Florida 34786, as set forth in and in accordance with the Amended Final Judgment. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of this lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
