NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 20th day of September, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at, or as soon thereafter as same can be done at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and personal property, situate and being in Manatee County, Florida to-wit:
Lot 8, Block M, Heather Hills Estates, Unit III, as per plat recorded thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 55, 56, and 57, Public Records of Manatee County, FL.
Together with a 1997 Jacobsen Doublewide Mobile Home ID #JACFL18193A and #JACFL18193B, Title #67987801 and #679872802, which is permanently affixed to the real property described, in accordance with Florida Law.

The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No. 2022-CA-000710, now pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS.
