NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 03, 2023, and entered in 2022 CA 002669 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and LAUREEN A. CAMERON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAUREEN A. CAMERON are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 07, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
