NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of August, 2023 nunc pro tunc to January 10, 2023, and entered in Case No. 36-2021-CA-005547, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper is the Plaintiff and CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA ; REGIONS BANK; GOLDMARK LEGACY PROPERTIES, LLC ; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JUAN PENALOZA; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.lee. realforeclose.com at 9:00AM on the 8th day of November 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 55 AND 56, BLOCK 1014, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 24, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 64 THROUGH 77, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
