UNIT NO. 52, BUILDING D, AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF BAY POINT PLAZA APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 56 THROUGH 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEIGN FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 2, 1969 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3153, PAGES 534 THROUGH 583 AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3885, PAGE 68, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5344, PAGE 605 AND IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5719, PAGE 212, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
