NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance the Corrected Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 3, 2023 in Case No. 23-000604-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein United Asset Management, LLC is the Plaintiff and John Liu As Trustee of the 329 25th St. S. Trust U/T/D 02/27/2015; Unknown Spouse Of John Liu; City of St. Petersburg; JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. successor by merger to Chase Manhattan Bank USA, N.A.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Centric Mortgage; Unknown Tenants #1 And #2, And Any And All Unknown Parties are the Defendants. The clerk will sell the subject property at public sale on September 20, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
