ANDREWS COVE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 12, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTIAN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. T-4 OF ST ANDREWS COVE I. A CONDOMINIUM. AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN HTE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4493, PAGES 1882-1940, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 83-92, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
