NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2023, and entered in Case No. 52-2022-CA-002287 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. , is the Plaintiff and Craig A. Travers, Cavalry SPV I, LLC., as Assignee of Synchrony Bank/Care Credit , are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the September 12, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 25, LESS THE EAST 45 FEET THEREOF, AND THE EAST 52 FEET OF LOT 26, BLOCK 7, ORANGE HILL HOMES - FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE(S) 59 AND 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
