NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022-CA-000694 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and KARIN A. PROCOPIO-COTTEN A/K/A KARIN A. PROCOPIO-COTTON; KENT J. NEGRETE; AVE MARIA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the courthouse located 3315 EAST TAMIAMI TRAIL, SUITE 102 in COLLIER County in Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 AM on the 21st day of September 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
