NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 10, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022-CA-009022-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Bank Of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and David K. Taylor, Arelene J. Taylor, Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Ashley Hicks, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the September 18, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
