NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 2, 2023 in Civil Case No. 08-2022-CA-000096 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and CHARLOTTE WARD, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, ROGER D. EATON, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of September, 2023 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 23, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 30A THROUGH 30H, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
