NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Lot 13, Block A, FALCON TRACE AT CALUSA LAKES, UNIT 1, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 6, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. With the following street address: 2325 Harrier Way, Nokomis, Florida, 34275.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on September 28, 2023.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
