NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment for Lien Foreclosure dated August 14, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2023 CC 002745 NC of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on September 18, 2023, the following described property:
LOT 1613, COLONIAL OAKS, UNIT 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk of the Court reports the surplus as unclaimed.
