NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of August, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-CA-001243, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee for RMTP Trust, Series 2021 Cottage-TT-V is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL TREBISOVSKY; MAUREEN TREBISOVSKY; LGI HOMES - FLORIDA, LLC; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 12th day of October, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 4418, CAPE CORAL UNIT 63, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE(S) 48 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF THE NORTH HALF OF VACATED ALLEY LYING SOUTH OF AND ADJACENT TO SAID LOTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4751, PAGE 473 AND RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2012000241707, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
