NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2023 and an Order Granting Defendant Emilio Del Valle's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale Scheduled for August 16, 2023 dated August 14, 2023, entered in Civil Case No.: 22-CA-000462 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-QS1, Plaintiff, and EMILIO DEL VALLE; ESPERANZA C. DEL VALLE; SOUTHWIND OWNERS ASSOCIATION AT FORT MYERS, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 20th day of September, 2023, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
