NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 08/15/2023, and entered in Case No. 20-CA-000500 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLEY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST C/O U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and EARL M. HARRIS; ROBERT LEE JOHNS, JR.; PRINCE C. DRAYTON; MYRON C. DRAYTON; TERRY DRAYTON; FREDDIE C. DRAYTON; CHESTER C. DRAYTON; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ANN H. Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
