Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 6/20/2023, in Case No.: 22-CA-003658 Div. C of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SERENO OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MALKA R. SINGER, et al., is/are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 9/19/2023, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 37, Block 15, DG FARMS PHASE 6B, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 137, Pages 266 through 271, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
