NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 2021CA001674 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNTIES TRUST VII-A, is Plaintiff and THANH VAN T. NGUYEN A/K/A THANH VAN NGUYEN; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on September 22, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
