And that certain parcel of land, lying between the Seawall and Lots 23 and 24, Baywood First Addition, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 69, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; bounded on the East by the Northerly extension of the Easterly lot line of said Lot 23, as extended to the Seawall and bounded on the West by the Northerly extension of the Westerly lot line of said Lot 24, as extended to the Seawall.
