Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 20, 2023, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 11, BLOCK B, TIERRA VERDE UNIT ONE, FOURTH REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGES 25 THROUGH 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 510 BARCELONA DR, TIERRA VERDE, FL 33715; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 28, 2023 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
