NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of August, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-001805-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and NICHOLAS RICHARDSON; is the defendant. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 5th day of October, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK A, DOUGLAS MANOR ESTATES 2ND ADDITION UNIT “A”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE(S) 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
