You are hereby notified that SUE ANN SANDERS, has deposited the sum of $24,536.02 with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Sarasota County, Florida, pursuant to ยง733.816, Florida Statutes. The sum represents the remaining assets of RUDOLPH UNDERWOOD, now deceased.
You are further notified that said funds, less costs of publication and clerk's fee, shall escheat to the Treasurer of the State of Florida, unless a claimant entitled to said funds shall, within ten (10) years from the date of the deposit with the treasurer obtain an order of the court directing payment to said claimant.
