NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 22, 2023 in Case No. 23-CA-000855, in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, CHATHAM WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JASON LEE FORGUS, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants, that the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder(s) for cash at public sale at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following property, as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 6, Block 4, WYNNMERE WEST PHASE 1, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 124, Page(s) 169 through 175, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, with the following street address: 933 Wynnmere Walk Avenue, Ruskin, FL 33570.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
