WENZEL AKA RYAN CURTIS WENZEL, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., on the 20th day of December, 2023, the following described property:
