NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 20D, VILLAGE ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM III, PHASE V, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 114-124, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4941, Pages 1-62, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and amendments thereto. With the following street address: 2538 Royal Pines Circle, #20D, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 11, 2024.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
