NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2023 in the above action, the Volusia County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Volusia, Florida, on January 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at www.volusia.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
