NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule the December 8, 2023 Foreclosure Sale dated the 27th day of November, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022CA001942000000, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and ELIZABET AVELAR and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSTION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Clerk of Circuit Court as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 11th day of January, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, GOLF MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38,AT PAGE 41,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
