NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 20, 2023, issued in and for Collier County, Florida, in Case No. 2023-CA-001775, wherein BARCLAYS MORTGAGE TRUST 2021-NPL1, MORTGAGE-BACKED SECURITIES, SERIES 2021-NPL1, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, and BRYAN J. MATSON and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendants.
