NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 06, 2023, and entered in 2022 11959 CIDL of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and CHARLES J. LUPICA A/K/A CHARLES LUPICA; ERIN L. LUPICA A/K/A ERIN LUPICA are the Defendant(s). Laura E. Roth as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.volusia.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 04, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
