NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 27, 2023, and entered in Case No. 53-2022-CA-002276 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Wilhelmina Hinds, deceased, Alberto Francisco Rivera, Association of Poinciana Villages, Inc., Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Poinciana Village Seven Association Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk. realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the January 2, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
