Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in PASCO COUNTY, Florida described as:
Apartment 143 of Twin Lakes Village First Condominium Association, Inc., Sixth Building, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium of Twin Lakes Village First, dated the 15th day of October 1974 in O.R. Book 769, Page 1372, and Amendment recorded in O.R. Book 884, Page 216, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and is commonly referred to as 5414 Chad Place, New Port Richey, Florida 34652 (hereinafter the “Property”).
The sale shall be by public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com. on January 2, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. The highest bidder shall immediately post, with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Pasco County Clerk of Court. Final Payment must be made on or before 11:00 a.m. on January 12, 2024, by cash or cashier's check.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
