NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2023, and entered in Case No. 08-2022-CA-000877 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Astley Griffiths aka Astley G. Griffins, deceased; Ermine Griffiths a/k/a Ermine Eunice Griffiths; Berkley House of Port Charlotte- A Condominium, Inc.; Richard Garfield Griffiths; Aldrick Ainsworth Griffiths; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 5th day of January, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
