AGENCY ACTION
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) gives notice that it proposes to approve a No Further Action Proposal with Institutional Controls and issue a Site Rehabilitation Completion Order with Conditions for a contaminated site. Hajoca Corporation is seeking this order in reference to DEP Facility ID # ERIC_10024, Former Sarasota Precision/Rexnord Property at 5757 McIntosh Road, Sarasota, FL and intends to restrict exposure to contamination in the following manner: water use restrictions imposed by a non-recorded institutional control.

Complete copies of the No Further Action Proposal, the proposed Institutional Control, and the DEP's preliminary evaluation are available for public inspection online at Oculus, the online document management system. Please use the DEP Facility number listed above to communicate with DEP or Oculus.

Any party holding a materially affected encumbrance in the area subject to the control has 30 days from publication of this notice to provide comments to the DEP.
