NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2023, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-000296 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which DYW MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC., is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES OF ROBERT NORMAND A/K/A ROBERT JOSEPH NORMAND A/K/A ROBERT J. NORMAND, DECEASED; ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY AND THROUGH, UNDER, AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT; THE VILLAGES OF OAK CREEK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; PATRICIA A. LAMERE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA A. LAMERE N/K/A WILLIAM LAMERE; JOHN E. NORMAND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN E. NORMAND are defendants, Cindy Stuart, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/index.cfm in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 8th day of January, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
