NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel the October 25, 2023 Foreclosure Sale dated October 17, 2023, and entered in Case No. 21-003974-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WILMINGTON TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-S2, is Plaintiff and LORRIN ROWE-MOTEN A/K/A LORRIN J. MOTEN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE REASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; UNKNOWN TENANT, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PINELLAS County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9TH day of JANUARY, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 55, SOUTH SHORE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 48, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
