NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 18, 2023 in Civil Case No. 22-003190-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein GOVERNMENT LOAN SECURITIZATION TRUST 2011-FV1, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS DELAWARE TRUSTEE AND U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS CO-TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and Diana M. Bedingfield a/k/a Diana McCaskill a/k/a Diana McCaskill Bedingfield, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of January, 2024 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block F, Lake Palms Subdivision Section 3, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Pages 54 through 57, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
