NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2023 CA 000631 of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Flagler County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, As Trustee For Lehman Mortgage Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, James E. Robbins, deceased, Kevin Robbins, Kyle Joseph Robbins, are defendants, the Flagler County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.flagler.realforeclose.com, Flagler County, Florida at 11:00AM on the January 5, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 18, BLOCK 138, DAYTONA NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 1-15 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF FLAGLER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
