PURNELL A/K/A DONNA PURNELL; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES,; JEANIA RILEY; NATHAN PURNELL; VEDA PURNELL; DONNA M. PURNELL A/K/A DONNA PURNELL AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE; SOLIVITA COMMUNITY ASSOCIAITON, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES
