NOTICE OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING AND
NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING
The Audit Review Committee and the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) for the City Center Community Development District (“District”) will hold an audit review committee meeting and a regular Board meeting on January 9, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando South-Davenport, located at 4050 Hotel Drive, Davenport, Florida 33897. At the meeting, the Audit Review Committee will review, discuss and establish the minimum qualifications and evaluation criteria that the District will use to solicit audit services relating to the District's Fiscal Year ended September 30, 2023 audit. A regular Board meeting of the District will also be held at that time, where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it.

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with provisions of Florida law for community development districts. A copy of the agendas for the meetings may be obtained from the District Manager, at the office of Vesta District Services, located at 250 International Parkway, Suite 208, Lake Mary, Florida 32746. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meetings.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location will be present a speaker telephone so that any Board Supervisor or Staff Member can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.

In accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to advise the District Office at (321) 263-0132 extension 193, at least 48 hours before the meetings. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 7-1-1, who can aid you in contacting the District Office.

Any person who decides to appeal any action or decision taken by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that they will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
