NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 1, 2023 and an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated December 13, 2023, issued in and for Pasco County, Florida, in Case No. 2018-CA-000451, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE CABANA SERIES IV TRUST is the Plaintiff, and MILDRED CAVILLE and POINT WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION are the Defendants.
