NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 482019CA015621A001OX of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SEAN PATRICK BREEN; SHAWNA BREEN; Orange County, Florida; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 16th day of January, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK B, CONWAY HILLS UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Y, PAGE 146, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
