BAILLARGEON; SUN LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation; UNKNOWN TENANTS #1 and #2, the name being fictitious to account for parties in possession; and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST GILES R. BAILLARGEON, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTERST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS,

You Are Hereby Notified that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Charlotte, County, Florida:
Unit A-1, Sunlake Villas, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium filed in Official Records Book 804, Page 1501, and in Official Records Book 807, Page 125 and according the the Graphic Desriptions as filed in Condominium Book 5, Pages 28A through 28D, and amended in Condominium Book 6 Pages 12B through 12E, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your answer or pleading to said Complaint on Plaintiffs attorney of record, Kimberly N. Rubino, Esq. 309 Tamiami Trail, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950, and file the original answer or pleading in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Charlotte County Courthouse, 350 E. Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 the 30th day following the date of the first publication of this Notice of Action. If you fail to do so, a Judgment by Default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said Complaint.
