Final Judgment was awarded on September 11, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2021CA003760, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES,; BRUCE JEROME EDWARDS; SHARON WILSON; ANNIE BRIDGES; DALTON EDWARDS, JR.; BRANDON EDWARDS; EVONE E. WILLIAMS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA- DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A OMAR EDWARDS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A WOODROW EDWARDS; LOUIS WAMBLE; SHANTON EDWARDS; OTIS ROBINSON; SHAWRITA ROBINSON; CLARA L. The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on January 16, 2024 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK J, OF THE SUBDIVISION OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 172 PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
