LIGHTBODY; RONALD R. LIGHTBODY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA- DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CASTLE CREDIT CO HOLDINGS, LLC; W.S. BADCOCK CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ALYCIA HATFIELD; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A NADIA STEELE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
